How to be fearless

Fear is always there. You can’t choose sometimes, it is just there. But fear is not always wrong. It can stop you from doing things that could make you happy or it can be your savior.

The clue is listening to your heart.

What does your heart tells you? Is it something wrong? Or is something so good that you are just too scared of being disappointed at the end, or too scared of failing. Think about it. What is it?

If the fear is in your mind, then the fear is stopping you from something that could make you happy, but if the fear is in your heart, then it’s probably saving you from something bad that could happen.

Your heart knows it well, and it could never betray you. Listen to it, and sooner it won’t be fear what you’re feeling, it will be just a sign, and then you will be fearless.

Thinking about life.

Life isn’t always as wanted. Most of the times we wish things were different but they aren’t. I have always been ambitious, I have always been deeper that everyone else, and yeah, that sucks sometimes. Most of the times I’m misunderstood. People just don’t get me because I have different points of view of life. I’m a fighter and a warrior, I fight for what I want, I fight for what I need and I believe there is nothing wrong about it.

Nevertheless, I know life is beautiful and I’m in love with it.

The world is a place full of very interesting things, and we all look for what we think is the best. You need to believe in something if you want to be happy, otherwise you won’t have any goals and you will feel empty.

Don’t be that someone who dreams about something but never works for it. Don’t be that someone who criticize somebody else’s dreams. Don’t kill people’s happiness. Let them be.

Don’t be scared of reaching what you want, you may lose, you may fail a lot of times, but that’s what will get you to success. Because success  is not when you get it in the first try, it is when you failed lots of times but you recovered and keep going.

How can I let go?

Letting go is never easy, and it’s even harder when you love what you need to let go, but believe me it is possible.

We tend to give a lot of importance to things and people that aren’t worth it enough. And with this I’m saying that sometimes we hold on tight to small things that seem bigger than they actually are, and the worst of all, it is probably harming us.

In my own experience I have loved people so much when they don’t even deserve it, and I’m talking about friends. Friends that have told me that they would be there for me at any time and that we were going to keep the friendship forever. Words like “forever”, “never”, “true” or “real” are words that makes us feel safe, making us believe in invisible things. We can’t see it, but it feels good, do you get me? This words also makes us expect too much, and watching everything turn into another direction it’s really disappointing, but somehow some of us keep believing that those words have a real meaning, and here is when we struggle with letting go.

The question here is: How can I let go?

  • First of all, as humans we need to know our own worth. We know or at least we have an idea of what we deserve, so think about it. Is it worth it? Honestly, just answer that to yourself, stop giving excuses to stick with it, just tell yourself the truth and don’t be scared of admitting the answer you already know.
  • Second, how much damage is this causing us? Because ladies and gentleman, we all need pain to learn, but there is a limit and we need to recognize when it’s time to let go.
  • Don’t overthink. Easy to say, hard to actually do it. You must know how exhausting is overthinking, this just makes us feel stressed and anxious, it can actually bring consequences to our health. Try to relax and let it be.
  • Finally, let the time heal. It’s important for you to know that you won’t feel okay from a day to another but in some months or even weeks, depending of the circunstancies everything will be fine again. Don’t pressure yourself to feel nothing, it’s okay if you miss it, it’s okay to feel a little sad, but keep in mind that you are better without it.

It’s hard, we all know it, but we are strong enough to do it. If I did it you can do it too. This year make sure to let go of everything and everyone who doesn’t deserve a to be a part of your life. There’s too many toxic people out there, you don’t need to have them near to you, and there are a lot of problems and struggles that are making a mess in your head right now.

It’s your time to be free, it’s your time to be happy.

Let yourself get you deserve.

Beautiful Stars

Sometimes life gets really hard, it becomes such a cruel way of surviving and you can’t explain to yourself what you did to deserve those ‘things’, but there is a thing for sure: you become a fighter, you become your own hero.

Pain is temporal, to quit is forever. Let’s see it in a different way. We’re all rocks and every time pain attack us it’s because a special light is going inside us to shine on, to become a star, a star that will show others their way and that probably would get to be an inspiration. This is why it hurts so much, because beauty hurts and our soul is getting stronger, is getting beautiful, because we learn a lot after we feel a lot of pain. We learn, and we grow.

There are a lot of stars walking through the street, but only a few are shining in the sky, those are the ones that have been through a lot and they just keep fighting. The more we handle, the more we shine, but there are some of us that don’t want to deal with it so they hide from the light and never get to shine, staying as simple rocks.

You are not alone, you are just shining and people are scared to look like nothing by your side, just real stars will stay with you and you’ll shine together finally reflecting in the sky. Don’t give up and keep fighting.

Deal with mondays

Hey guys! Im I the only one who doesn’t like Mondays?

I never met anyone before who actually loves that day. Mondays are really annoying because after a nice weekend we’re all forced to attend to work/ school and that sucks.

However to make our Mondays better actually depend of us, so I’m leaving you 10 little tips to make your mondays a ‘not too bad day’.

1. First things first, start your day with music, put on your favorite Spotify play list and put on your clothes, wash your face, get ready in the morning listening to it…just try to avoid depressing songs… You know, that won’t help that much lol.

2. If you’re feeling sleepy, then try some cold water, but like COLD, that will make you feel awake at the moment you drink it! yup! better that coffee tho.

3. Just believe it’s going to be an amazing week and that the best is yet to come, great things are coming soon!

4. Try to go to bed early on Sundays, I know is not as easy as it sounds but at least you will have less dark circles under your eyes and who isn’t happy with awake eyes? And also, you’re actually going to have some rest to feel better the next day that of course is Monday.

5. An advice would be to do your homework or anything important on sundays, do everything you need to have ready for the next day, you will feel responsible and way more relaxed.

6. Watch some Miranda Sings videos! She makes everything better, and if you don’t know who she is… What? Are you kidding me? Lol go on YouTube, she’s awesome.

7. Bring any food you like for lunch, believe me, giving yourself nice food will always make your day better.

8. Women who are reading this, give yourself a spa sunday! Make yourself a face mask, put on some hair treatment, paint your nails, shave your legs, anything that would make you feel beautiful! And show off your beauty on Monday! Feeling pretty will make your day great!

9. Avoid annoying people, those ones who only ruin your day, and just tell this to yourself: Mondays= day of ignoring annoying people.
Don’t worry just ignore them.

10. Think positive, the simple thought that everything is okay or that mondays are not as bad as they seem will make of your day a better one. Being positive helps a lot!!

So here they are, my main ten tips to make your Mondays better. I hope you like it and don’t forget that everyday is a new opportunity to make your life better.
